Karen Deas

Account Director, Team Leader

With over 20 years experience in the PR and marketing industry as well as working in the leisure sector, Karen is well and truly equipped to offer a unique, diverse skill set, knowledge and expertise. She has delivered hugely successful campaigns to the likes of Metquarter shopping centre, City Central BID and the Commercial District, and takes great pride in assuring every detail is executed with precision and professionalism and her practical, warm and friendly approach gives clients real confidence.

Stephen Toal

Director, Retail Researcher

Stephen is the director of the Property Management Insights and Research department. With over 15 years Market Research experience in key commercial sectors ranging from national retail and leisure clients to manufacturing companies and a Premier League football club, Stephen is a true expert in sourcing hard-to-find market statistics as well as producing economic impact studies for clients of any size. Stephen makes every effort to fulfill all client’s research and analyse needs.

Can't Live without:
Man. United, his iPhone and The Simpsons


Rionne Williams

PR & Marketing Manager

Rionne brings a wealth of experience to all aspects of digital marketing, events management and PR. Her past life saw her inject new life to household retail and leisure brands on a local and national scale, as well as amplifying start-ups brand to great new heights by delivering cross channel campaigns. She has worked on both agency and client side and Rionne prides herself on delivering results and creating marketing strategies which leave a legacy.

Kimberly Speyer

Marketing Manager

With a strong background in marketing and digital, Kimberly brings her broad experience working for some of the UK’s best known retailers, including Debenhams, to the POP marketing team. With this unique perspective, she instinctively understands client’s requirements, delivering results with care and attention. From strategy through to implementation, Kimberly goes above and beyond to ensure a successful and effective campaign.

Laura Nuttall

Marketing Executive

 

Laura brings her extensive experience in PR and Marketing to the POP team. Her keen eye for detail and fresh bespoke ideas means that the strategies she sets and implements are executed to the best possible standard achieving the upmost results. Having implemented centre rebrands and centre signage, no task is too big or too small. Laura is extremely adaptable and has recently started applying her marketing skills to the residential sector.

Sarah Bristow

Marketing Executive

Sarah is a graduate who brings greatness to the team. She has undertaken work experience at Cohorted Social Shopping as well as writing her own food, fitness and travel blog. Sarah works on a multitude of projects focusing on events, PR, social media management and content marketing, and has gained significant coverage and growth both online and offline. A natural communicator Sarah relishes in tenant liaison and can turn store information into a trending topic on Twitter.

A camera, mascara and eating out


Thomas Winter

Research Analyst

Tom worked extremely hard in our Property Management Insights team during his Business Management degree placement. He proved himself to be a real asset to the team and has now returned full time. Tom specialises in: Analysing Retailer Performance, Car Park Analysis and Retail & Leisure Intelligence. He works closely with Stephen providing tailored and personal research projects to a multitude of clients and retail centres across the UK.

Sale Sharks, skiing, pick 'n' mix sweets


Abigail Tibbott

Research Analyst

Abigail is an undergraduate Student at Manchester Metropolitan University studying Business Management, currently undertaking her degree placement as a Research Analyst. She has quickly become an integral member of the team and has grown from strength to strength on multiple areas including shopper behaviour, car park analysis, catchment analysis, retail & leisure intelligence, analysing retailer performance and developing reporting for centre management teams.

Samantha Williams

Digital Executive

Samantha has joined the POP team as a part of her apprenticeship in Digital Marketing and Social Media. She has previous expereince developing social media and PR and has mastered an impressive ability to manage mulitple social media accounts all at once. She is a great asset to the team, bringing along an abumndance of fresh new ideas to social media strategies, maximising their success and potential and looking at them with an alternative perspective. Sam never fails to inject liveliness and cheer into her work and is a pleasure to work with.
