Shaun Rhodes

Head of POP

Shaun heads up POP Marketing and has almost 20 years' experience in the shopping centre and visitor attractions industry. He's held senior marketing positions at centre:mk in Milton Keynes, Mcarthurglen Designer Outlets, Merlin, Capital Shopping Centres and Warner Bros, and his extensive experience is key to POP delivering the most effective, engaging and strategic marketing campaigns for our clients.

Laura Nuttall

Marketing Executive

Laura brings her extensive experience in PR and Marketing to the POP team. Her keen eye for detail and fresh, bespoke ideas mean that the strategies she sets and executes are delivered to the best possible standards - achieving incredible results along the way. Having implemented everything from new centre signage to full centre rebrands, no task is too big or too small. Further proving her adaptability, Laura has also recently started applying her marketing skills to the residential sector.

Sarah Bristow

Marketing Executive

Sarah is a graduate who brings greatness to the team. She has undertaken work experience at Cohorted Social Shopping, as well as writing her own food, fitness and travel blog. She works on a multitude of projects, focusing on events, PR, social media management and content marketing - and has gained significant coverage and growth both online and offline. A natural communicator, Sarah relishes inter-tenant liaison and can turn store information into a trending topic on Twitter at the drop of a hat.

A camera, travelling and eating out


Martha Moore

PR & Digital Executive

Martha joins us with a strong Events & PR background, having delivered and landed coverage for numerous huge-scale events at MediaCityUK - including her "magnum opus" (as she calls it), Pugfest 2017. A skilled and creative communicator, she's a stickler for grammar with a knack for injecting life into any project she gets her hands on. She'll be lending her tech expertise to our clients by way of social media and website management, as well as offering content marketing, media relations and traditional PR solutions. From an internal perspective, she's aiming to take the POP brand stratospheric.

Lucy Pearson-Comer

Digital Assistant

Lucy has joined the POP team as part of her apprenticeship with The Juice Academy in Social Media and Digital Marketing. Lucy is new to the world of marketing, but provides a fresh approach and outlook to our team. She has previous experience running multiple social media accounts as an ambassador for Makeup Industry, and with POP, works with multiple centres to provide phenomenal social media support - breathing life and enthusiasm into everything she touches.

Stephen Toal

Director, Retail Researcher

Stephen is the director of the Property Management Insights and Research department. With over 15 years Market Research experience in key commercial sectors ranging from national retail and leisure clients to manufacturing companies and a Premier League football club, Stephen is a true expert in sourcing hard-to-find market statistics as well as producing economic impact studies for clients of any size. Stephen makes every effort to fulfill all client’s research and analyse needs.

Man. United, his iPhone and The Simpsons


Thomas Winter

Research Analyst

Tom worked extremely hard in our Property Management Insights team during his Business Management degree placement. He proved himself to be a real asset to the team and has now returned full time. Tom specialises in: Analysing Retailer Performance, Car Park Analysis and Retail & Leisure Intelligence. He works closely with Stephen providing tailored and personal research projects to a multitude of clients and retail centres across the UK.
